SoftKey Store sells digital software license keys and subscriptions, including but not limited to:

  • Windows 11 Pro license keys
  • Windows 11 Home license keys
  • Windows 10 Pro license keys
  • Office 365 original account activations
  • Microsoft 365 Personal subscriptions
  • Microsoft 365 ProPlus subscriptions

All products are delivered digitally via email. License keys and account credentials are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency).
  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment processors.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation.
  • In rare cases of high demand or technical issues, delivery may take up to 1 hour.
  • License keys are delivered to the email address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.
  • If you do not receive your order within 1 hour, please contact our support team.

6. License Key Usage

  • Each Windows license key is valid for activation on one (1) PC unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • Microsoft 365 subscriptions may be installed on multiple devices as specified in the product listing.
  • License keys are for personal or business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.
  • We are not responsible for activation issues caused by hardware incompatibility, unsupported systems, or user error.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The license key provided does not activate or is invalid
  • You received a duplicate or incorrect product
  • The product was not delivered within the specified timeframe

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The license key has already been activated and used
  • You changed your mind after activation
  • Your system does not meet the minimum requirements for the software
  • The issue is caused by third-party software conflicts

To request a refund, please contact our support team at digicontact@digilence.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SoftKey Store or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

By using our Website, you agree not to:

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
